​
Director, Neel Dakshy, has worked with a number of small, medium and large scale developers over the years, including on award winning schemes in Central London boroughs and beyond, specialising in maximising the returns for developers; often on challenging sites.
​
Projects, carried out while working for previous practices include the Guardian Developer UK Home of the Year scheme at Lonsdale Place, Islington.
As a young project Architect at pioneering Clerkenwell developer-architects, Tasou Associates, Neel worked closely with a number of high-end developer clients, including Noble House, London & Provincial, London & Regional and Dome Developments as well as on in-house projects, creating striking schemes up to a construction value of £10M in the early days of the regeneration of Clerkenwell, Islington and Kings Cross.

Subsequent projects have included the raising of existing planning consents for a number of South London developers, including Renewal SE and their portfolio of former public houses; and a major scheme for Doran (London), which transformed a modest consented residential development in Woking into a £13M mixed use scheme for 91 residential units with 161sqm of retail space.
​
Neel sat on the Design & Conservation Review Panel for London Borough of Lewisham for over 5 years, reviewing submissions by developers during the design phase of a several significant projects in the borough, including the £375M Lewisham Gateway scheme, the 3,500 homes proposed at Convoys Wharf and the 148 unit and 5,000 sqm mixed use scheme at Faircharm, Deptford Creekside.

During this time Neel also peer reviewed Lewisham's Building Schools for the Future schemes, whilst a project Architect working with the Girls Day School Trust on a number of schemes nationwide.
